on a pair of machines no strike cycle an no gutter cycle the machine does only first and second ball cycle but on monitors everything is fine scorers are qubica with bowland lite

The pinspotter chassis is not getting pin fall data from the scorer. Possible problem with camera, chassis or cable. Try swapping camera and/or chassis with a working pair of lanes

What kind of interfaces You have on curtain wall? F-box and XlMP or Q-vision camera on lane? Swap chassis, I think errors will follow, if so try to reset chassis to factory settings and then input PIN DATA-CAMERA (follow chassis or MCU manual) If error stays with lane check cabling (first between interfaces or camera and chassis)
82/90 with black chassis
