SITE SURVEYS

The purpose of the Site Survey is to provide AMF Bowling Products with details and pertinent information of a bowling center to help facilitate the installation of the newly-purchased equipment. The site survey should be filled out in conjunction with the new equipment order to ensure that the order has the necessary kits, parts and components.

AMF's Responsibility to its Customers:

It is the responsibility of the AMF Sales representative to complete and return the Site Survey with the order. The survey files should be retrieved from this site, filled out and sent back to AMF with the new equipment order. The following items below are provided in Microsoft Excel format.

Advanced Technology and Scoring Division Surveys

  • BOSS Signature Scoring Survey v2.0 Updated 7-17-03 - If you ordered AMF Signature Scoring, Models 1 through 9, fill out this site survey.

  • BOSS SE Scoring Survey v1.0 updated 3-17-04 - If you ordered AMF SE Scoring, Models A through F, fill out this site survey.

  • Management System Survey v2.0 Updated 5-14-03 - If you ordered an AMF BOSS Management System, Platform Plus, Client Server, Bronze, Silver or Gold, fill out this site survey.

Performance Equipment Division

  • Performance Equipment Division Survey Updated 11-19-03 - All Performance Equipment Division Surveys are in this one file. The general survey should be filled out for each order, then the appropriate survey should be filled out based on the product that is ordered. Surveys are available for a complete New Center Package, Pinspotters, Lanes, Ball Returns, Mask, Radarays, and Furniture.
